The integrated pathway

From natural gas to essential low-carbon products

Natural gas is converted through Hedron's proprietary advanced reforming process into syngas, a flexible intermediate that can be configured toward hydrogen, fuels, chemicals and power. Renewable energy, water electrolysis, green hydrogen, carbon capture and storage, biomass and direct air capture can be integrated around the core process according to the requirements of each project.

The proprietary core

Advanced reforming at the center of the project

Hedron's advanced reforming platform provides the core conversion pathway. Project configuration then brings together product synthesis, hydrogen processing, carbon management, utilities and enabling infrastructure within one integrated development concept.

01

Convert

Transform natural gas into flexible syngas and hydrogen intermediates.

02

Integrate

Configure complementary technologies, carbon management and infrastructure around the core platform.

03

Produce

Develop pathways to fuels, chemicals, hydrogen and power for global markets.

Project-dependent integrations

Configured around each project opportunity

Not every project uses every integration. Hedron selects and combines complementary technologies according to available resources, infrastructure, carbon-management requirements and target products.

01

Renewable Energy

Renewable power can be incorporated into project design to support process requirements and lower-carbon product pathways.

02

Water Electrolysis & Green Hydrogen

Electrolysis and green hydrogen can be integrated where local power, water and project economics support their use.

03

Carbon Capture & Storage

Carbon capture, transport and storage infrastructure is configured as an integral part of project development and carbon management.

04

Biomass & Biogenic Carbon

Biomass and biogenic carbon pathways may be incorporated into selected fuel and chemical configurations.

05

Direct Air Capture

Direct air capture may provide atmospheric carbon dioxide for selected synthetic-fuel pathways where project conditions support its integration.
